Highpoint Inn provides a variety of common area options to support your activity. The ballroom/conference room combines the ultimate in privacy for your business meeting event with very easy access to main floor common areas and B & B accommodations. Surrounded by windows, this room provides a warm and relaxing atmosphere with magnificent views of the property and grounds. For small business meeting groups the room can be arranged with casual over-stuffed furniture or prepared in a formal setting with seating for 30+. Included is a private area with desk, telephone and dial-up access. The Highpoint Inn Great Room with the beautiful fieldstone fireplace and awesome four-season sunroom are also great venues for those special business activities.

Highpoint Inn BallroomThe expansive grounds of the Highpoint Inn Bed and Breakfast provide inspirational locations for meeting breaks and extracurricular activities. The 10 acres of landscaped grounds work well for early morning walks or jogs. The swimming pool, tennis court, and basketball court provide other options for recreation and exercise. Also available for your use is a fitness room. A (3) golf target green course is being planned for the '03 summer.

Highpoint Inn is very accessible to the tri-state area thus minimizing the necessary travel times. Centrally located three miles east of Freeport just a few minutes off IL Route 20, Highpoint is 20 minutes from Rockford and Monroe, WI, 1½ hours from the Chicago or Madison areas and 2 hours from the Quad Cities and Peoria.
